✦I understand that all image edits and enhancements will be performed solely at the discretion of Chrysalis Creative Co.

✦I acknowledge that only finalized, professionally edited images may be used, distributed, or published, and that raw or unedited image files are not to be shared under any circumstances.




Photo Editing and Artistic Direction

✦I retain publishing rights to the images, provided that appropriate credit is given to Chrysalis Creative Co.

✦When sharing the finalized images on social media platforms, I will provide proper credit to Chrysalis Creative Co.

✦I will not edit, crop, apply filters to, or otherwise alter the final images in any form.

Image Rights & Usage

✦ I acknowledge that the session fee is non-refundable and must be paid in cash, at the time of the scheduled photoshoot.

✦I agree to notify Chrysalis Creative Co. of any cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot, or of any unforeseen delays on the day of the photoshoot.
